The Beaux Arts style mega-mansion was inspired by Versailles and has approximately 60,500 square feet of luxurious living space. This averages out to be $3,327 for every square foot. The site is currently in the final stages of construction and is uniquely situated with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean to the East and the Intercoastal waterway to the West complete with private dock to accommodate even the largest of yachts.
