Preachers of L.A. Season 2 is scheduled for premiere on Wednesday, 20 August at 10pm ET/PT. EURweb’s LaCora Stephens was fortunate enough to get exclusive interviews with the pastors and she got more than she bargained for.

The Outspoken Pastor Wayne Chaney was quoted saying, “You’re not ready. There’s a lot in store. This is last season on steroids!” There’s no need to be naive Pastor Wayne; we can assure you that we are more than ready.

So basically, like all reality shows, cameras follow the pastors and show us glimpses of their lifestyles, the ministries, and the relationships they share with their beloved ones. Deitrick Haddon, one of pastors under the limelight, promises to continue speaking the truth without holding back. He told LaCora Stephens,” I think season one was a great introduction, but now it’s time to turn-up. The purpose of the show is to show our humanity and the flip side of ministry. The show will reveal something about my family that you would never think in a million years.”

Bishop McClendon was widely rumored not to feature in the upcoming season. Like most rumors, we can toss this one in the bin too. Both he and his gorgeous wife, Priscilla, vow to practice and preach God’s will. In the interview Priscilla mentioned, “Expect to see God’s will be done whether you like it or not.” She also disclosed her husband’s true personality,” People really misunderstand my husband. He is charismatic, but behind closed doors, he’s an introvert.”

The docu-series is set to display the effort that goes into helping indigenous people, touching people in difficult times, and saving other churches. It wouldn’t have been a successful interview if someone had not mentioned the predictable cliché, “It will be on a whole new level.” Pastor Haizlip, truly went by the book and saved the promotion.
